Personal Data Processing Principles and the System of Personal Data Protection according to the GDPR

What is personal data?

Personal data are information related to an identified real person or an identifiable real person that can be directly or indirectly identified mainly based on a generally used identification, other identification, such as a name, surname, identification number, localisation data or online identification or based on one or more characteristics or features that form their physical identity, physiological identity, economic identity, cultural identity or social identity.

What is personal data processing?

Personal data processing is a processing operation or a set of processing operations with personal data or with personal data files, mainly obtaining, recording, ordering, structuring, storing, change, searching, browsing, using, providing through transmitting, distribution or in another way, rearrangement or combining, limiting, deleting, regardless whether it is done by automatic means or non-automatic means.
The Provider (Administrator) is not obliged to name/determine the Person Responsible.

Sources and categories of personal data:

The provider processes personal data (directly from you) that you have provided to them or personal data they obtained based on fulfilling your order.
Your identification and contact information and information required for contract performance.

Legal reason and purpose of processing:

The legal reason for processing is:

  • Contract performance between you and the provider according to the article 6/1b of the GDPR
  • Legitimate interest of the provider to provide direct marketing according to the article 6/1f of the GDPR
  • Your consent with the personal data processing for the direct marketing purposes according to the article 6/1a of the GDPR

The purpose of personal data processing is:
  • Fulfilling your order and the exercise of the rights and obligations stemming from the contractual relationship between you and your provider. Personal data necessary for successful order fulfilling are required with the order (name, address, contact details), according to the article 6/1b of the Directive (which is connected with the subsequent payment realisation, goods or services delivery, warranty claim processing, etc.); client’s personal data are processed without client’s agreement, as the legal basis for their personal data processing for the purposes of contract performance is the contract itself entered into remotely between the client and the provider. Personal data provision is an essential requirement for entering into the contract and its performance, it is not possible to enter into the contract or to fulfil the contractual conditions by the provider without personal data provision.
  • Marketing offers forwarding and other marketing activities.

There is no automatised individual decision making to the effect of the article 22 of the GDPR by the provider.

Storage period:

The provider stores personal data:


  • During the period necessary to exercise the rights and obligations stemming from the contractual relationship between you and the provider and from claiming the rights resulting from the contractual relationships,
  • Until the consent with personal data processing for marketing purposes is revoked,
  • After the storage period resulting from the Act no. 395/2002 Coll. the Archive and Registry Act and some acts amendments the provider deletes the personal data.

Personal data recipients

Who is a recipient?

  • It is a person taking part on goods delivery, provision of services and payment realisation based on the contract
  • The provider does not provide, publish and make available personal data to third countries

Personal data security conditions
  • The provider proclaims they have taken appropriate personnel, technological and organisational measures to secure personal data protection.
  • The provider has taken technical measures to secure data storage and personal data storage in paper form.
  • The provider proclaims that solely persons authorised by the provider have access to personal data.

Your rights:

Based on the conditions stated in the GDPR, you have:

  • The right to access your personal data according to the article 15 of the GDPR
  • The right to correct personal data according to the article 16 of the GDPR
  • The right to limit processing
  • The right to deletion according to the article 17 of the GDPR
  • The right to object according to the article 21 of the GDPR
  • The right to transfer personal data according to the article 21 of the GDPR
  • The right to revoke the consent (electronically or via post)
  • The right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority in case you believe your personal data protection rights have been violated.

How can you exercise your rights?
  • aThe right to access data

    You have the right to know if we process your personal data. If we process the data, you can ask us to access them. Based on your request, we will issue a confirmation with information about your personal data processing.   • bThe right to correct data

    You have the right to correct your personal data that we process, so that they are complete and up to date. If your personal data are incorrect or out of date, you can ask as to correct them or to update them in an electronic form at the address adriana.kotorova@amusevity.com or via post at the address:

  • cThe right to deletion

    Under certain circumstances, you have the right to delete your personal data. You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. We delete your personal data if:

    • we no longer need your personal data for the purpose you have provided them to us for,
    • you revoke your consent,
    • you object against your personal data processing,
    • we illegally process your personal data,
    • your personal data have to be deleted to exercise a legal obligation,
    • if you are a child or a parent of a child who agreed to personal data processing via the Internet.
  • dThe right to limit processing

    You can ask us to limit your personal data processing. If we comply with your request, we will only store your personal data and no longer work with them. We limit your personal data processing if:

    • you inform us that your personal data are incorrect, until we verify their accuracy,
    • we process your personal data illegally, although you disagree with their deletion and instead require us to only limit your personal data processing,
    • we no longer need your data, but you need them to prove, exercise or defend your rights,
    • you object against your personal data processing, until we verify that our rightful interests prevail over your reasons.
  • eThe right to transfer the data

    You have the right to request us to provide you your personal data in an electronic form (e.g. an XML or a CSV file) that will enable you to easily transfer the data to another company. You can also ask us to transfer your personal data to another company directly. We will comply with your request in case you have provided your data personally to us and you have given us consent for their processing.

  • fThe right to object

    You have the right to object against us processing your personal data if we process your data in the following cases:

    • due to our rightful interest,
    • creating client profile,
    • you can object their processing due to personal reasons.
